Zoning Ordinance

Section 1.  Purpose

This district is intended for high density residential uses 
provided through a variety of housing types and other 
non-residential uses that are compatible with the 
surrounding area.

Section 2.  Use Regulations

a.	Permitted Uses.  In the R-4 district, permitted uses are 
as follows:

1.	Any use permitted in the R-3 District.

b.	Special Uses.  In the R-4 district, special uses are as 
follows:

1.	Any special use in the R-3 District.

2.	Professional offices not exceeding 15,000 square 
feet in gross floor area, where an additional 10% 
landscaping shall be provided, and side yard 
setbacks on interior lot lines shall be ten (10) 
feet.
