It's a rare summer when the temperature does not hit 100 in Roswell. However, the average high temperature in June is 93, and the average low is 62. On average, Roswell reaches 100 degrees about 6 times each June, 4 times in July, and once in August. The all-time record maximum of 114 was set June 27, 1994. Roswell will usually have a couple of heat spells in June, with 100 to 105 degree temperatures, occasionally broken by cold fronts that come in from the north and northeast...producing a few of days with highs in the 80s.
