VIP can provide you with personnel during those times of hiring freezes and cutbacks through its payroll service. VIP assumes the paperwork, payment of payroll taxes, workman's compensation insurance and unemployment liabilities. You get the help, without all the hassles!

All of VIP's employees and personnel are insured. Because they are covered under workman's compensation insurance, you are relieved of the worry about what you would do in the event of any on-the-job accident. They are protected, and so are you!

Should you find that you will have a long-term need for the personnel that VIP provides, you need not be concerned about paying continual fees to us. VIP waives fees for its personnel who are offered a permanent position after (90) days on the job.

VIP continues to perform an impressive variety of employment services to a wide range of businesses and government agencies. They know about our reliability and concern!

OUR GUARANTEE
VIP guarantees the performance of its employees. If you are dissatisfied for any reason within five (5) hours of the placement of the temporary employee, we will replace that employee at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is important to us.

VIP Guarantee To Customers

I. OUR RESPONSIBILITY AS THE EMPLOYER

  1. For all purposes, we are the employer of our temporary workers.
  2. V.I.P. guarantees to withhold and pay all local, state and federal taxes.
  3. V.I.P. guarantees to pay all unemployment taxes.
  4. V.I.P. guarantees to make all social security deductions and pay all employer contributions.
  5. V.I.P. guarantees to pay all employees promptly, by check, for services performed and to maintain all payroll records.

II. OUR V.I.P. PERSONNEL

  1. V.I.P. guarantees to thoroughly screen, test and require qualifying experience of each business employee before that employee is sent on assignment.
  2. In the event that any of our employees are unsatisfactory, for reasons of skills, work or demeanor, and we are notified within five (50 hours after the start of assignment, you will not be charged for the work performed during those five (5) hours.
  3. Additional areas of our responsibilities may be tailored to meet your specific requirements.
